1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 10 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products).

2. Return Process

  • Step 1: Contact Us: Before returning any items, please contact our customer service team at info@boonsales.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Step 2: Packaging: Securely package the item(s) to prevent any damage during the return shipment. Include your original receipt or proof of purchase, as well as the RA number provided by our team.
  • Step 3: Shipping: Ship the return to the address provided when you email us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 days.
  • Partial Refunds: Only partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    • Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

The bottom chamber is baited with a liquid attractant poured onto a cotton pad. Instead, the insects are lured by the attractant, and die naturally inside the trap. The W-H-Y Trap uses an exclusive formulation of three separate attractants to lure these stinging pests. After they are lured to the trap, wasps, hornets and yellowjackets have two ways to enter: either through the top cap, or through the holes in the bottom cap. Once inside the trap, the insects cannot fly out and die either by drowning (top chamber) or dehydration (bottom chamber). The RESCUE!
