SHIPPING POLICY

Free Delivery - DHL eCommerce/USPS

  • Delivery Timeframe: Items dispatched by DHL eCommerce/USPS are typically delivered within 3-5 working days. While 95% of deliveries are made within this timeframe, please allow 4-6 working days for your package to arrive.
  • Signature Requirement: A signature may be required upon delivery. Please ensure that someone is available to receive and sign for your package.
  • Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the progress of your delivery.

RETURNS POLICY

At Boonsales.com, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 10 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products).

2. Return Process

  • Step 1: Contact Us: Before returning any items, please contact our customer service team at info@boonsales.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Step 2: Packaging: Securely package the item(s) to prevent any damage during the return shipment. Include your original receipt or proof of purchase, as well as the RA number provided by our team.
  • Step 3: Shipping: Ship the return to the address provided when you email us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 days.
  • Partial Refunds: Only partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    • Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@boonsales.com.

5. Return Exceptions

  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund within the stated time frame, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@boonsales.com.
